Should you need a small water closet remodeled or a master bathroom suite renovated we can really help you out. The main thing to look at when you remodel a bathroom is you have to figure out if you want to keep the current layout or rearrange the bathroom to add a walk in shower or move the toilet. Sometimes depending on the age of the home the layouts might have been very ill thought out when the original home was built so we specialize in making sure you are getting the best possible layout to put exactly what you want in to that space.

Stuff you need to consider when renovating a bathroom is tile cost; tiles can run from 50 cent per Sq Ft all the way up to $30 plus a Sq Ft so a budget has to be established. You will have to consider the floor size and if you want to even add tile on the floor or go with carpeting or a sealed wood or polished concrete. This is where it helps if you have an idea and some pictures of what you like in terms of style and design. If your are unsure of what you want then we often tell customers to go to a good tile store and speak to someone there, as most of the time they will actually help you with picking out a set of tiles that work together and they will even pretty much design the bathroom for you.

For fixtures you will want to choose faucets that work together with any trim that you might have going on in the bathroom. So if you have picked stainless steel or brushed steel or brushed nickel then you don’t want to mix and match this because it will not look right.
